Friday evening, October 30th, The Lindale Eagles face the Henderson Lions at Eagles Stadium in Lindale.  The Eagles are going into this game knowing, that a win, will clinch a playoff spot and keep them in the running for a District 14-4A Championship.

Coach Mike Meador has used the rally cry "finish" to push his team through to the end of the season. 
"The last three years, we've messed up the 10th ball game," Meador said.

After dropping the District opener to Kilgore the Eagles have fought back with two straight wins over Whitehouse and Nacogdoches.  With this, the Eagles have put themselves in a four way tie for first place with two games left in the regular season.  This tie is between the Lindale and Kilgore as well as Henderson and Jacksonville (the Eagles two reamaing games for this season.)

Meador believes that "the formula for the Eagles success last week over Nacogdoches is the zero in the turn-over column.  I believe that if we don't turn the ball over, we can beat anybody."
