Tyler Investigators have identified and arrested the female responsible for Impersonating a Public Servant.

Tyler Police say 39-year-old Jennifer Louise Cowser of Tyler was charged with two counts of Impersonating a Public Servant, a 3rd degree felony.

Cowser was transported to Smith County Jail on a $150,000 bond for each charge. Investigators will be securing additional charges against Cowser. Police say Jennifer Louise Cowser twice presented a fake badge to her victims and stole from them while conducting what she called a search of their vehicles.
