| Boy still missing, Police asking for tips |

The Tyler Police Department has secured an arrest warrant for Capital Murder on James W. Calvert. Calvert is accused of shooting to death his ex-wife and abducting their son this afternoon. The warrant was issued by Judge Jack Skeen. Bond has been set at $2,000,000.00. The shooting took place early this afternoon in the 3300 block of Bain Place. The victim has been identified as 30-year-old Jelena Radobanovic Sriraman Upon arrival Officers learned that after killingt his ex-wife Calvert abducted their 4 year old child Lucas. Officers and Investigators are searching for Lucas Calvert. Police say Lucas is about 3 foot tall and weighs about 30-40 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. The boy was last seen wearing a blue long sleeved sweatshirt and gray sweatpants. An Amber Alert was issued late this afternoon for Lucas Calvert. Van ISD was on protective lockdown this afternoon after Van Police began investigation a connection with the case to their community. Calvert's other son, and Lucas' brother is a student at Van ISD. Officals feared Calvert would attempt to pick up the other boy from school. Calvert has not been spotted. 41-year-old James W. Calvert of Tyler is 5 foot 9 inches tall, weighs 185 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
