TxDOT will be at work next week on several area roads and highways.
In Wood County, crews are scheduled to perform edge repairs in various locations on FM 1801 east of Mineola, and on FM 515 and FM 2225 near Lake Fork. Daytime lane closures will be in effect in each location while the work is in progress, and flaggers will control traffic.
In Van Zandt County, maintenance crews this week are scheduled to resume resurfacing operations on SH 243 between Canton and the Kaufman County Line. Daytime lane closures will be in effect while the work is in progress, and flaggers and pilot vehicles will control traffic.
In Tyler, crews this week are scheduled to continue pavement repairs on SH 64 (Glenwood Boulevard) between SH 31 (Front Street) and the water tower.Daytime lane closures will be in effect while the work is in progress. Motorists are encouraged to be prepared to reduce speed and merge in and around the work zone.
