40 indictments were returned by an Upshur County Grand Jury this week on 43 charges. Offenses included, Theft, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Forgery, DWI, Animal Cruelty, Credit Card Abuse, Aggravated Assault, and Possession of a Controlled Substance. |
