Tyler Investigators have placed an additional charge on Ricky Neal Jr. for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, stemming from the Saturday shooting at Broadway Square Mall.

Investigators determined that Neal shot at and missed 29-year-old Jonathan Lamone Dews, of Tyler.

Ricky Neal Jr. was placed into the Smith County Jail for the murder of Christopher Mass.
