At the most recent session of the Upshur County Grand Jury, held earlier this week, 24 cases were presented, and 23 indictments were returned.

Indictments included charges of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Assault Against Public Servant, Evading Arrest, Theft, Aggravated Assault, Tampering with Evidence, Retaliation, DWI, and Burglary.
