The East Texas man charged with the robbery of Capital One Bank in Lindale has been sentenced to 40 years behind bars.

Anthony Rios pleaded guilty Thursday to Aggravated Robbery in a Tyler court.

Rios fled the country for the Philippines shortly after the robbery and was arrested upon return at DFW Airport in October 2012.
