U.S. Congressman Jeb Hensarling recently met with Sharon Hurley & Steven Steele of Quitman, and other members of the Peoples Telephone Co-Operative in Hensarling’s Washington, D.C. office.
The group was in Washington to discuss the impact rules from the Federal Communications Commission have had on rural telephone providers and how Congresman Hensarling can work to remove some of the barriers Washington red-tape has placed on rural telephone providers like them.
