A 44-year-old Whitehouse woman has pleaded guilty to federal violations in East Texas.
Kristi Isom pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit mail fraud this week. According to information presented in court, in September 2011, Isom solicited an individual to intentionally set fire to and burn a residence on East FM 344 in Whitehouse. Isom faces up to 20 years in federal prison at sentencing. A sentencing date has not been set.
