According to KMOO sports reporter Gary DeArmond, the fish have really begun to bite in Lousiana on the second day of fishing from the 2011 Bassmaster Classic. Aaron Martens, who was leading the pack at the end of day one has fallen out of first place. At this point in the day the total numbers of fish caught has skyrocketed from last night's totals.
DeArmond says that both Texas fisherman, Kelly Jordon and Todd Faircloth remain in the hunt for the title.
The fishermen have not all reported back to shore yet this afternoon for weigh in. As the fish totals and officials weigh-in's are completed we will report them right here on KMOO.com. A day 2 leaderboard will be psoted as soon as fishing for the day has finished.
