An East Texas man who allegedly moved to Washington state to evade a murder warrant, is expected to return to East Texas to face his charges.
59-year-old Bill Michael Dupree is accused of killing Paul Marshal of Van Zandt County in 2009. Dupree was arrested late last year in Bellingham, Washington on unrelated charges. Dupree signed paperwork last week saying he would return to Van Zandt County by the end of this month to face his murder charge.
