A trial date has been set for David and Sabrina Kimbley, the parents of Jake Kimbley, the two year-old found dead in a septic tank near his Winona home in August. The trial will begin March 18, 2013.

The Kimbley’s are each charged with 13 counts of child endangerment.

Evidence was presented in court indicating that the Kimbley children were living in unsafe and unsanitary conditions. CPS has removed those children from the home. The death of Jake Kimbley is still being investigated.
