ETX man charged with Intoxication Manslaughter

A Brownsboro man has been arrested for Intoxication Manslaughter.

According to Tyler Police, On February 17, 2013 at approximately 1:10 a.m., officers were dispatched to a Major Traffic Accident that occurred at Hwy 31 West and Cr 1248 in Tyler.

Upon arrival, officers discovered that a white 2007 Dodge Charger struck a Silver 2004 Chevrolet Colorado from behind.

The driver of the Chevrolet Colorado. 56-year-old William Craig Little of Tyler, was pronounced dead on scene.

The driver of the Dodge Charger, 22-year-old Ramon Duran-Ledesma, was charged with Intoxication Manslaughter, a 2nd degree felony and placed into Smith County Jail on a $250,000 bond.
