Three Capital Murder indictments returned in Upshur County

At this week’s session of the Upshur County Grand Jury, 6 cases were presented and 6 indictments were returned.

Three people were indicted on Capital Murder.

20-year-old’s Sarah Haslam and Daniel Paul Jones, and 21-year-old Andrew Norwine are charged with killing Ronnie Joe Gammage in December of last year.
