Upshur Co Commissioners vote to support House Bill

The Upshur County Commissioners voted today to support a joint house resolution bill.

The bill would give freedom and flexibility to counties to reduce the number of precincts, justices of the peace, and constables. It would also allow them to increase the number as needed.

The bill was written by State Representative David Simpson and is currently in committee.
