KMOO Crew

Hi!  My name is Billy Shannon.  Commonly known as Bonus Billy due to covering the bonus games in football.  Originally from Mississippi, have live in Texas 33 years so I guess that makes me a Texan. .  Graduated from Ole Miss and spent my first year of teach in Missouri.  Then spent the other 28 in Texas.  Teaching stints in Coriscana (  3 ), Tyler at Hogg Middle School ( 21 ), Wills Point ( 1 ), and Mineola ( 3 ).  Have to say Mineola was the best of all of them to teach at.  Now starting a second career in radio.  Big Sports fan of Ole Miss, Indianapolis Colts, and the St. Louis Cardinals baseball teams.  I have two boys named Stephen and Chris, a grandson named Alex, and a daughter in law named Jessica.  Hobbies include golf and travel and other things.  I really enjoy working at KMOO even though I think I drive my boss Tonya crazy.  I guess the one thing I really enjoy about my job is the good friendships have made with lots of my clients.
