After 57 years, “The Gambler” is getting up from the table and cashing in his chips. This morning (Sept. 25), Kenny Rogers announced on NBC’s Today show that his upcoming 2016 World Tour will be his last.
"I've done this long enough,” said the Country Music Hall of Fame member. “I really want to be there with my kids and my wife. I don't see enough of them. And I have some things on my bucket list."
Today also marks the release of Kenny's new Christmas album, Once Again It’s Christmas. The festive offering, Kenny’s first Christmas release since 1998, features duets with Alison Krauss and Jennifer Nettles.
