A male, 71, was found deceased in his residence. The Justice of the Peace arrived and no autopsy was ordered. Deputies responded to a suspicious person on FM 1801 near Mineola; at approximately 7:03 a.m. Deputies provided a courtesy transport and cleared the incident. Deputies spoke with the reporting party, at approximately 8:38 a.m., in reference to a scam on Comanche near Quitman. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident. Deputies were dispatched to CR 2276 near Mineola, at approximately 9:00 a.m., in reference to suspicious circumstances. Deputies located the suspicious activity and everything was OK. At 9:57 a.m., horses were reported out on CR 3875 near Hawkins. Deputies were dispatched to CR 2235 near Mineola, at approximately 10:48 a.m., in reference to an alarm. Deputies checked the building and it was secure. Deputies were dispatched to FM 1254 near Mineola, at approximately 11:27 a.m., in reference to an alarm. Deputies checked the building and it was secure. Deputies were dispatched to CR 4940 near Quitman, at approximately 12:58 p.m., in reference to a theft. Actors, or actors unknown, stole a game camera from the reporting party’s property. This case has been forwarded to investigators. At 1:22 p.m., cows were reported out on CR 1451 near Quitman. Deputies were dispatched to CR 2427 near Mineola, at approximately 6:02 p.m., in reference to a disturbance. John Keasler, 57, of Mineola, was arrested for Assault. At 6:20 p.m., cows were reported out on CR 1452 near Quitman. Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle on CR 3440 near Hawkins; at approximately 7:03 p.m. Deputies located the vehicle and everything was OK. Deputies were dispatched to Loop 564 near Mineola, at approximately 7:05 p.m., in reference to an alarm. Deputies checked the building and it was secure. Deputies were dispatched to CR 3999 near Winnsboro, at approximately 8:10 p.m., in reference to criminal trespass. Deputies issued a Criminal Trespass Warning and cleared the incident. Deputies were dispatched to FM 2088 near Winnsboro, at approximately 8:31 p.m., in reference to harassment. Deputies spoke with all parties involved and cleared the incident. October 10th Deputies were dispatched to FM 49 near Mineola, at approximately 7:29 a.m., in reference to an inquest. A female, 67, was found deceased in her residence. Jessica Dudley, 41, of Hawkins, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana. Stepheny Austin, 31, of Hohenwald, Tennessee, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana. Deputies were dispatched to HWY 69 near Alba, at approximately 7:29 p.m., in reference to a reckless driver. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate the vehicle. Deputies were dispatched to Fm 515 near Yantis, at approximately 8:01 p.m., in reference to a reckless driver. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate the vehicle. Deputies were dispatched to Lake Hawkins point, at approximately 9:53 p.m., in reference to suspicious circumstances. David Davis, 46, of Tyler, was arrested for an outstanding warrant. Deputies were dispatched to CR 2766 near Mineola, at approximately 9:58 p.m., in reference to a welfare check. Deputies made contact with the individual and everything was OK. Deputies were dispatched to CR 1941 near Yantis, at approximately 11:03 p.m., in reference to a noise complaint. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate any activity. October 11th Deputies responded to a suspicious person on HWY 37 near Mineola; at approximately 12:44 a.m. Deputies provided a courtesy transport and cleared the incident. Deputies were dispatched to FM 2869 near Hawkins, at approximately 1:59 a.m., in reference to an alarm. Deputies checked the building and it was secure. At 8:04 a.m., cows were reported out on HWY 37 near Winnsboro. Deputies were dispatched to FM 852 near Winnsboro, at approximately 8:05 a.m., in reference to a burglary. Actors, or actors unknown, broke into the reporting party’s residence and stole several items. This case has been forwarded to investigators. Deputies located the individual with a firearm and determined shots were fired in a safe direction. At 3:43 p.m., horses were reported out on CR 3875 near Hawkins. Deputies were dispatched to FM 312 near Winnsboro, at approximately 8:21 p.m., in reference to a reckless driver. Amy Aguirre, 60, of Winnsboro, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. Deputies responded to a suspicious person on Little River Bend near Quitman; at approximately 9:16 p.m. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate the individual. October 12th Deputies were dispatched to FM 779 near Mineola, at approximately 12:52 p.m., in reference to a reckless driver. Deputies located the vehicle and everything was OK. Deputies were dispatched to CR 1590 near Alba, at approximately 2:39 p.m., in reference to an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Deputies spoke with all parties involved and determined this was a civil matter. Deputies were dispatched to CR 2752 near Mineola, at approximately 6:09 p.m., in reference to an alarm. Deputies checked the building and it was secure. Deputies were dispatched to CR 1987 near Yantis, at approximately 6:53 p.m., in reference to shots fired. Deputies located the individuals and advised them to shoot in a safe direction. At 4:06 p.m., horses were reported out on CR 3875 near Hawkins. At 5:17 p.m., cows were reported out on CR 1967 near Yantis. October 14th Deputies were dispatched to FM 69 near Quitman, at approximately 8:55 a.m., in reference to a theft. Actors, or actors unknown, stole several tools from the reporting party’s property. This case has been forwarded to investigators. Deputies responded to a suspicious person on HWY 80 near Mineola; at approximately 1:06 p.m. Deputies located the individual and everything was OK. Deputies were dispatched to CR 2345 near Mineola, at approximately 3:38 p.m., in reference to criminal mischief. Actors, or actors unknown, damaged the reporting party’s mailbox. Deputies were dispatched to HWY 80 near Mineola, at approximately 2:03 a.m., in reference to an abandoned vehicle. Deputies located the vehicle and cleared the incident. Deputies were dispatched to FM 312 near Winnsboro, at approximately 10:59 a.m., in reference to theft. A known actor stole several items from the reporting party’s property. This case has been forwarded to investigators. Deputies went out on an arrest/warrant service to HWY 69 near Alba; at approximately 12:06 p.m. Crystal Martin, 38, of Mineola, was arrested for outstanding warrants. Deputies spoke with the reporting party, at approximately 3:23 p.m., in reference to fraud that occurred on CR 2223 near Mineola. Deputies gave the reporting party advice and cleared the incident. Deputies went out on an arrest/warrant service to CR 1688 near Alba; at approximately 5:04 p.m. Jimmy Melton, Jr., 51, of Alba, was arrested for an outstanding warrant. Deputies were dispatched to HWY 80 near Mineola, at approximately 5:36 p.m., in reference to a theft. Actors, or actors unknown, stole a four-wheeler from the reporting party’s property. This case has been forwarded to investigators. Deputies were dispatched to Oak Hollow near Hawkins, at approximately 5:43 p.m., in reference to a disturbance. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate the actor. Deputies were dispatched to Red Leaf Lane near Hawkins, at approximately 6:29 p.m., in reference to a dispute. Deputies spoke with all parties involved and determined it was a civil matter. Deputies were dispatched to CR 2170 near Quitman, at approximately 6:40 p.m., in reference to a dispute. Parties were separated for the night. Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle on CR 1350 near Quitman; at approximately 8:44 p.m. Deputies searched the area, but were unable to locate the vehicle. Deputies were dispatched to CR 3846 near Hawkins, at approximately 10:04 p.m., in reference to a disturbance where an assault occurred. This case is active.
